For those who are keen to read more about palliative care. Dr Kathryn Mannix (retired consultant in palliative care from North East) has written eloquently in follow up to her first book (With the End in Mind). This book is all about how we communicate around those 'tender' conversations. 
Really accessible reading for professionals.
